Bangladesh logs 65 more Covid-19 deaths in 24 hrs

Bangladesh reported 65 deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, climbing the national toll to 26,628 across the country so far.

Besides, some 2,710 new cases were reported during the same period. With this, the total number of infections stood at 15,17,166 in the country.

A press release of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) revealed the development on Monday (September 6).

Alongside, as many as 4,124 Covid-19 patients made recoveries in the last 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 14,55,187 the release said.
